Terrible experience
Customer service is terrible, a they do not know their policy, a the managers or rude an in considerate. We had a car wreck and had to stay over night in the hospital a wasn’t able to make the reservation, I called 3 times an I was confirmed that the room was canceled but then they say it was un-refundable after they gave me the run around after 3 days. We had a car wreck my daughter broke her leg. Is that not enough to get the money back for a room we didn’t stay in. I feel something should be understood an taken under consideration.

Awful Shower
My biggest complaint was the shower - no hot water and no water pressure. It was awful! Also, walls were super thin and you could hear all the dogs and noises from other rooms. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Breakfast was sub-par — pancake machine didn’t work, oatmeal unavailable half the days, etc. Popcorn maker in the lobby was a fun touch.

The front desk was extremely kind and helpful including when I had an incident that required immediate addressing. Everything was in walking distance even though that led to some chafing. Thankfully the AC in the hotel room was amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

Nonchalant service
The room is spacious, and clean. The shower was awful, the water coming from the shower head is all over the place. and the toilet doesn’t flush the best. Every time you put one piece of paper in the toilet you have to flush it. The people at the front desk could be a little more welcoming and friendly. They very nonchalant. No one welcomed us to the hotel or give us any info on breakfast or anything like that. This was pretty much the interaction : checking in? Do you want to use your card on file? Your room is down the hall to the left. Nothing else was said! If you’re looking for good customer service this is definitely not the hotel for you. If you just want a OK room to stay in, this is perfect. I guess you get what you pay for.
