Hotel is Up above the town of gatlinburg- away from the noise and bustle (but by definition not walkable to anything - it’s a tradeoff). Nice views, bears in the parking lot! We were in the national park and on Ober mountain all day so never even got to use the pool but the hot tub was one of the draws for us even if we ended up not using it. Very friendly staff

We loved that the hotel was away from the crowded entertainment area. The mountain views from our room were spectacular. We also saw bears with little cubs in the parking lot a couple mornings. So cool!

We loved our stay! Our kids loved the pool and we loved the views! The rooms are older and there are lots of cosmetic issues we noticed (cracking paint, peeling wall paper, etc), but the beds were super comfortable and everything worked as it should. Prices at the restaurant were high for the food, but that’s expected at a hotel. Our only complaint the whole stay was chicken cooked at the restaurant that was rock hard. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will be back next time we visit Gatlinburg.

The hotel was nice overall and the beds in the room were super comfortable. Only negative I would mention is that our room was definitely showing its age. There were sections of the wall that needed touch ups and there was mold growing around the AC unit. The room had a fantastic view though
