Beautiful.
The Four Points by Sheraton was great. The exterior wall of the room was full glass from ceiling to floor and wall to wall. The 10th floor gave me a fantastic view of Tallahassee tree line. All around cool design. The Staff were friendly and courteous.

Horrible experience
Room was filthy. My allergies flared up so bad I couldn’t breathe. I fell in the parking lot causing sever injuries due to the holes and uneven areas in the parking lot. We were suppose to receive a refund but did not and it’s been 2 weeks with many follow up phone calls. Tonight I was insulted by the night manager for asking if I should contact my bank.

A very comfortable stay.
Our check-in and check-out were a breeze. The ladies at the counter were exceptionally friendly and speedy. We really appreciate Erica and Devin for their friendliness and resourcefulness. This hotel provided pleasant surprises. Its location was convenient to downtown. Its parking lot was clean and well-lit. The elevators were clean and always readily available. Our favorite thing was the refreshing station, which thoughtfully provided coffee and hot tea in the mornings, and amazingly fresh, cold, and flavored water in the afternoon. We will stay here again when we visit Tallahassee.

The location of this hotel was prime. It was close to everywhere we were going. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was modest. If you’re like us, then that is not huge deal because the only thing we did af the hotel was sleep and shower. There was floor tile that was loose which was definitely a trip hazard especially since the room we were in seemed to be handicap accessible.(handrails, bench in the shower, auto open/close doors). The bed itself was uncomfortable
