Every aspect of this hotel is incredible. Every staff member was so welcoming, kind, friendly and super efficient. I stayed in an absolutely adorable stationery concept room. The room is equipped with every you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. While the onsen can become crowded, you can check the status on your TV for a good time. Next time, I will book more than one night as I enjoyed my stay so much!

Walk to terminal 3 but a little dusty
Is a short 5-10 minute walk to terminal 3 and has access to dining options at adjacent shopping centre with a convenience store (Lawsons) for snacks etc. the only downside is that the room was a little dusty. I kept on sneezing
