Atrocious
There was no water in my room for the second night, couldn’t brush my teeth or take a shower. The room phone didn’t work to call the front desk. They offered to refund resort fees only. Ridiculous situation and customer service

A cheap central stay if you don’t mind smoke
The hotel is out of date and it does not seem there is enough staff to keep it clean. The rooms and hallways stink of cigarette smoke and the hallways carpets appear very dirty. The beds and linens however seemed clean. We had to change rooms because of the smell, staff were accommodating and helpful for this change. The hotel could use a refresh and perhaps the non smoking rooms shouldn’t be advertised as such when clearly people are smoking in them anyways. What little staff their were, were helpful and accommodating.

Eh
We paid for a room that had a king size bed, they didn’t have any available when we got there, it’s “first come first serve”. Our bathroom doors wouldn’t close properly. The hot water nob for the sink was broken. The sink/bathtub would make a horrible sound when it was draining. Carpet was dirty when we first got there.

Customer service was poor
I requested change the light bulb it came almost hour later so my family couldn't had a dinner until bulb came. Next day i requested complimentary upgrade to switch the room for better view which is strip view on monday morning time then they denied and charged. I felt little disappointed.
