An enjoyable experience!
I had 2 issues. First, the digital key on my phone wouldn’t work in one of the elevators. It had worked a few times before so it wasn’t operator error. I chose to get plastic cards just in case. Then the next day, the plastic key wouldn’t work, but the digital key did. Other guests were saying they had multiple problems with the keys in elevators as well. Second, the water in my shower had two temperatures 2nd degree burn, or 3rd degree burn. It was painful to use the shower itself. I didn’t complain which was probably not a good idea. But, I made due with not standing under the shower head and using a washcloth to lessen the water temp against my skin. That said, the ease of electronic check in, kiosks for making keys and electronic check out is a huge time saver. The property was clean and the room was roomy and comfortable. The signage throughout was easy to follow. We had breakfast at the Seaside this morning, which was our first meal at the resort and our server Norma was very sweet, welcoming and attentive. The food was good, especially compared to mediocre experiences for meals elsewhere. We used baggage service to store our bags for redeye flights. It was very easy and speedy. I will recommend the property and hotels.com without hesitation.
