Staff very friendly. We picked this hotel specifically looking for a hot tub in our search filter and it was out of order all weekend. Disappointing. 1 elevator on one side working which made the morning busy

Small Issue, But Otherwise Great Stay.
The rooms could use USB ports for phone charging. They have a charger on top of the alarm clock, but that requires you to take your protective case off to work (much easier with a USB port). Instead, we had to go to the lobby store and purchase the block that plugs into regular outlet and a cord (which we didn't need for $20+). Other than this small issue everything was great.

Visibly dirty and not a four-star
At check-in the staff notified us the AC was down and would not be fixed for at least two days, but there were windows and balcony door that opened so given it is winter I thought it'd be fine. When we reached the room the sofa looked like a vacuum bag exploded with lint and giant dust bunnies stuck to the fabric. Called housekeeping to re-vacuum and she had to use a sticky roller to get it off. What was underneath was a stained sofa with cigarette burns that was so disgusting my 15-year-old son would not even sit on it, let alone sleep on the pullout bed underneath. Called housekeeping again for a king-sized flat sheet so I could "wrap" the sofa so we could sit on it. When the sheet arrived it was wet as though it hadn't been in the dryer yet. Tried to call the front desk but the AI phone system kept sending me to the Wyndham reservations rather than the front desk in the building. So I walked the wet sheet down to the front desk and the customer service person offered me to look at another room to see if it was clean. It was not and had a sofa with dried up white, crunchy stuff on it in addition to years-old stains. Went back to the front desk and she offered to look at a third room--same situation with the sofa. We promptly checked out and went to another nearby hotel. This is no where near a four-star hotel and is more like an hourly motel. Refund is currently processing...

Worst hotel ever
This might be the worst place ive ever stayed. It was above 70 degrees. Was on the 12th floor with no a/c. Stayed for 2 days. And no one even attempted to try and fix it. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Valet wrote the wrong phone number on my keys. And took over an hour for them to even find our car. So my stress free weekend wasnt that at all. Terrible. Ill never stay at this hotel anywhere. Ever again. Overall a bad experience

Hot and tired
Building air systems were down for two days prior to our arrival. 78 degrees in our room. Maintenance opened window 5” went to our event for three hours and it was still 75 degrees until a cool front came in late. You would think a 4+ star hotel would contact booked customers and let them know that they would not have air in their rooms. Then we would have found another place. Train/ sirens/ traffic with the window open all night.
