Paid the pet fee and were told there are only two pet rooms- 117 and 317. With the elevator out of service, we took 117 and found the room to be without a working heat/AC unit. Manager, who was kind, tried to fix it twice but without it working, we hiked the dog, all bags, the crate, etc up to the third floor to find a dirty room that really needs upgrades. Expected better from a Wyndham property.
Hotel is easy on and off 95 and close to food and gas, and though the manager tried, but the whole place was just not good; we won’t stay again.
