Paid for Suite - Got beds and an air mattress
I contacted the hotel because our flight was delayed confirming that they would hold our room. The room was important because it had accommodations for 5 adults. When we arrived at midnight we could not find the lobby or guest services. When we finally did find it, there were two people operating desks for two different hotel brands and they kept going back and forth between the desks making it confusing.
When we get to our room and discover that they did not hold our room and now we have beds for 4 people. When I asked about changing rooms they said they were out and could bring us an air mattress. Mind you I’ve paid extra for 5. So instead of enjoying a suite we were being told to sleep on a blow up mattress!?!
We were not compensated for anything and it took them until after 2am to bring us the mattress. BTW - the mattress leaked so bad that our travel woke up on the floor anyway. Just terrible.
