Wyndham rewards member, have stayed at this hotel 10+ times over the last couple months and 10+ stays at other Wyndham hotels. I had one issue during another stay, other than that our stays have been fine. Until this one! We checked in late, my purse was stolen so I only had a photo of my ID. This has never been an issue in the past , this time i was not told a photo was unacceptable. I understand but feel an exception should have been made having been given no notice not to mention the they know us due to our frequent stays, have my id on file. Initially I was given no other options, the girl was going to turn us away at 12:30 am in the cold. Finally she said she could transfer the reservation to my boyfriend as he has an id. Unortunately this cane after 20 minutes of arguing, and me advising I was not going to be turned away but would call corporate. Room was TERRIBLE!! Furniture looked like it was pulled from a dumpster. Lights and TV did not work no fridge no microwave and I don't believe bathroom or bedding has been cleaned. Oh, NO towels in the room. When my boyfriend l asked ye was told there were no clean towels and was offered dirty towels, disgusting!! I took a shower and stood there and froze my a*@ off drip drying. When we arrived the air conditioner was on full blast. I turned off immediately with heat on it was still freezing in the morning. I spoke to the manager's the next morning she gave me a blank stare, not a word. I will be contacting corporate
