Short staffed?
Must be short staffed. Maybe mass deportations, maybe a bad day. But there was only one agent at the desk at 4:30, and when I got up the front of the line, I was told there were no clean two queen rooms available at that time. Other than that, the property was in good shape. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Good and Clean hotel!
Very nice hotel. A lot of food to choose within the area. Inside in general was very clean. Breakfast was super good. Definitely not Continental breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces. Room wise is comfortable, only downside the water in the bath tub when showering no matter if hot or cold when on cold it turns very hot. One last downside I thought they have coffee by the entrance like other Hilton’s hotel but unfortunately not this one. Very good hotel. Will recommend!

Alarms and closed bar
The hotel was clean, no complaints there. The second night an alarm sounded at 2:00 AM for about 15 minutes, interrupting our sleep. When we reported it the next morning, the front desk knew nothing about it. We were also looking forward to a cocktail in the evening, but the bar was closed both nights. Very disappointed!

No hot water to shower. I advised the front desk and they advised the hot water wasn’t working for the entire building and they weren’t sure if it would be fixed before my 2 night stay ended. A large fan was in the hall and it smelled horrible from wet carpet. The remote in the room didn’t work.

Quick vacation
Hotel was perfect for our one night family getaway. We were right across from Sea World which was nice after a long day at the park. Close to everything. Hot tub was perfect way to end the day. We could even see fireworks from our room.
