Bad customer service
It was the worst experience… we bought return taxi from airport so when it was time to leave our taxi couldn’t come inside the property cause of taxi union. We had to walk almost a mile to come outside to get our taxi in scorching heat with all our bags. The worst customer service experience ever in my traveling life. The shower in my kids room was flooding everyday and food was not good. Never recommending grand fiesta Americana to our friends and family.

We stayed here for a family vacation with our two kids and it was the absolute perfect property for that. The rooms were very comfortable, the property was large. There was so much for the kids to do it was perfect for them (kid play area, playground, pool, etc). We were able to buy beach toys at the resort. The staff there were so helpful, friendly, and genuine. It was a perfect vacation for us and we plan to be back!

They try to sell one of those share time. And they even force their way in to the sale, i wasn't interested since the beginning, and the salesmen got mad to me and blow me over, got mad to me because i didn't agree to buy the time share, and then, i notice the service got bad, it was all inclusive and they never refill my fridge, i have to keep asking fort them to refill and they didn't, aslo the beach is clean private but it is a lot of stones and coral, is no place to swim or relax due the risk of been troun against the coral rift. We have families trip for 3 nights at this place and experienced terrible service started from rude receptionist , inconvenience room arrangement , this hotel is very old and not remodeled up to current level no usb pot for charging phone, our luggage was not put in the room took 4 hours to call them and get the luggage , for the transportation they charge a lot cheaper of money to get 20 minute ride Most importantly the food over there was terrible , breakfast and lunch they only offer outdoor seating with lots of fry all over your food
