DONT BOOK HERE! False advertisement! RUN DOWN!
This was the worst experience I ever had at a "hotel" if they can even call it that.
I just arrived at the hotel and I am totally unsatisfied. They didn’t have any wash rags in the room to shower with and when I went to get some he gave me micro fiber cleaning rags that were bleached with dirt stains all over. The tub is disgustingly dirty with hair all over it.
The gentleman at the front, told me he doesn’t have time to figure out the rag situation because he has a report that is due by 7am. How rude and such horrid customer service. However I called prior to me arriving or even boarding my flight informing them of my arrival so they should’ve had the room ready and prepared.
The floors are disgustingly dirty as well.
When we pulled back the lonely throw used for a blanket, there was hair strands and dirt stains in the middle of the bed. When I picked up the pillow, it was something crusted brown and hard. I immediately went back to the front desk to wait on the manager to arrive.
I wanted to cry, my partner and I both have dark colored Locs, we did not even get in the bed since we’ve been here. These hair strands are straight light colored hair, the same strands that are in the shower. I am so disgusted. This is just a horrible way to start a birthday. There is hair strands all over this room and floor.
