One lift got jammed and the other had an expired safety check certificate. They seemed dangerous and we were nervous to use them. The room doors were challenging to open and we were told to push hard against them to open them, which took quite some force and a few noisy attempts. Only one staff member on at breakfast to cook and wait tables and it was a very slow and disastrous service with people giving up and leaving before being served due to the wait.

One of the beds in the room had ripped sheets, it looked awful and did not make me feel like a welcomed guest to get sheets in literal tatters.
