FAMILY VACATION JEWEL
Starting at the resort was an excellent experience. Some of the offerings were a little bit “cheesy” — but as far as the room and the environment — we were more than pleased. They were obvious in their desire to pitch a time-share “opportunity” — but not demanding that we invest the hour-and-a-half to hear their pitch. We elected to pass on the invitation, even though they offered $150 Visa card for participating. Basic rooms are nice, but ready for revival. Golf course is very beautiful and affordable, especially for guests she owners. AMAZING PLACE FOR FAMILIES!!! TAKE GRANDKIDS — pool areas are AMAZING. Fitness Center is TOP NOTCH. The Grill is … fine. The Market is … expensive. The Farmers Market is fun. The Beer Tasting is … a waste of time. The Overall Experience — GREAT! Take the WHOLE FAMILY. AMAZING FAMILY FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE!

Covid
I contacted hotels.com on three occasions. They said they were assisting me to get my reservation changed. That's all. I just wanted to change the date because I shared with them. I had covid and felt it was not safe for me to come. I called the hotel because hotels.com told me that the hotel refused to change the date. The hotel said that they never heard from hotels.com. so someone dropped the ball be at hotels.com or the hotel. I felt it was very unfair if it was the hotel after me speaking to him and asking to just change the date that they refuse to do it. They said I didn't check a security amount to to hold my reservation and case of illness or something like that. So to say that I will stay there again. No I wouldn't give them a penny of my money that they couldn't extend themselves just a little.

I enjoyed my stay and the property. I wish I had more time to view and explore the property as I just came in for a wedding. The rooms were nice and comfortable and loved the amenities. I would definitely come back, my only complaint is their check out is at 10am. I do wish check out was atleast 11am.

Do not touch this hotel!!
The hotel cancelled our reservation as they tried to charge an incorrect out of date credit card leaving our 5 person family with nowhere to stay. The hotel did email us to say the payment method had failed and that we had 24 hours to contact them with a new card. We called within 2.5 hours but the duty manager basically told us “bad luck” he had cancelled. To reiterate our payment did not fail, the hotel charged the wrong card not the using the updated one saved on hotels.com. We will be making a formal complaint to Hilton as we have never ever received such appalling service!

Spotless with amazing customer service. I rated a four in certain areas simply because there are not enough options for dining, breakfast, lunch. We found it hard to find the ninth hole snack shack which was the only place we could get breakfast. I do understand these rooms are set up with kitchens, however, if you don’t want to cook, there are really only one place to eat lunch and dinner and the ninth hole snack shack for breakfast with only two options. Otherwise Customer Service was at the highest level, parking was phenomenal and the room was spotless.
