Snow storm!
Nice place to stay and ride out the major snow storm. Though they increased the prices by 70%. Rooms were great but breakfast ran out of almost everything and they wouldn't refill.

Find someplace else to stay
I booked a room at the Sparta Ramada using the Hotels app. I used the pet friendly filter to find hotels available. This hotel came up as one of them, which I will prove in the picture with this review. When I arrived, I was given a key to a room, the key did not work in the side door or the room. I had to go to the desk and was given another key to another room which would not open the side door either but did open the room door. We left to get something to eat and I received a call from the hotel desk telling me that pets were not allowed. I explained to him what the hotels app showed and then showed it to him when I got back to the hotel. He told me I had to leave and he would refund my stay. After a week of hotels.com trying to get him to refund, he refused. I will never stay here again and I will advise everyone I know about it. I gave him a chance to keep his word, he chose not to. Drive the extra 20 minutes and stay at a better place. That’s what I did and will do from now on.

Disappointing stay
This was the first time in many years the hotel did not put the breakfast out early for the hunters. I have chosen to stay at the Sparta Ramada because they have made that single concession every other year. I and my other hunting friends that have stayed here for years may look elsewhere in the future. The staff was friendly and have been around for years.

Decent Stay
Driving on my way to AL to visit family i stopped here. Check in was awesome! The gentleman is was so nice. I would have given it a 5 star on cleanliness but there was nasty hair stuck all in the sink. It was disgusting. The staff was decent. The man that checked me and the older lady when i checked out was awesome! Breakfast was decent. Not a terrible place, just hope that they remember to clean a little better.

It was perfect for what we needed. Staff is great, they are very friendly and polite. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was simple but good. The building was a bit older and there isn’t much around if that matters to you. If you need a place to sleep this is a great choice.
