Four night stay over Christmas
Staff was nonchalant to a fault. Multiple times over my stay the hotel charged my card in random increments for which I didn’t authorize. Staff was no help in finding out what the charges were and why they were there and didn’t seem alarmed by this at all. Bartender was disinterested and slow in making all drinks. Also as a crazy note, we went to take a charger out of the outlet and the entire wall piece around it came out with a routine pull. Would not stay here again.

Weekend in St. Louis
We have stayed here a few times. We like the location, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We do wish we didn’t have to pay to park in the garage, but otherwise we feel it is a great location and a good place to stay.
