The location in relation to the train station and the beach is spectacular. The neighborhood is late-night-walking to the hotel, very friendly. There were multiple families walking with us down the street to other hotels/hostels after our midnight arrival on Amtrak

The panoramic view with hot tub was absolutely great! Place is a bit outdated but overall it was a great stay. We were able to walk everywhere and great dining options.
