Black mold in bathroom, roach on the sink, rusty fixtures, and holes in the comforter. I have reported this to Best Western customer service. Tried to speak to the front desk at checkout but there was no one there.

Comfort and Cleanliness
We arrived late at night and were immediately seen by the clerk up front. Quick check-in and loved the luggage carts. The room itself was spacious and clean! No issues with AC, Bed, towels, etc. Breakfast was all good except for the gravy, but that’s just nitpicking! Would definitely recommend this place as one I’d return to.
