Wonderful aside from timeshare push
Booked last minute after a horrible experience at Circus Circus - what a wonderful breath of fresh air we had at the Hilton Polo Vacations club. Clean, smelled great, beautiful decor, friendly staff, amazing location - a hidden gem! The only downside was the push to attend a timeshare presentation. We agreed to attend in exchange for tickets to the Shark Reef Aquarium. We then asked if one parent could stay with our 2y/o to nap instead of attending the presentation. They were a bit pushy - suggested multiple times to skip the nap, just pat the baby throughout the presentation, or let the baby cry as 90 minutes wasn’t that long.. when we insisted that wasn’t going to work for our family, they let us know we would be charged $40 if we didn’t all show up. So we cancelled the timeshare presentation, but it was not an easy process to do so. Aside from that, everything about our stay was amazing!

Horrible service
We had a very bad experience with Hilton vacation polo tower services. I messaged them couple of months before reservation to make sure they can provide pack and play or crib for our little one. After check in they informed us they dont have enough pack and play and I need to check again next day to see if they have any available!! long story short we could not get any packs and play during the whole stay and as a result could not sleep well for couple of days! the manager on duty told me we can buy one from Target which is closed by. However Target store has very limited supplies (mainly food) and nothing like even cloths for kids. also, I asked them for room service and their answer was all the employee are busy and don't have availability to provide service for us! I strongly recomend you not to book this place.

Love Polo Towers
I will most often opt for Polo Towers. It’s centrally located, we are always greeted with great folks, and the pricing can’t be beat. Great pool and rooftop terrace. Rooms are always clean and maintained. Balconies are nice. Queen room balcony is larger than king!
