What a little gem. Small hotel with wonderful staff near everything. Vitto gave wonderful suggestions for a less touristy way to enjoy his city, which is exactly what I wanted. Comfortable bed and very good AC in the cute little room I had booked. Very quiet despite being so close to St Mark’s. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed in the single room which is small in size but very elegant. The shower was modern, the room bright and the bed comfortable. Little snack of nuts and apricot were a nice touch. The staff is extremely helpful. You need to carry your bags up a flight of stairs to get to their.

The hotel was in a perfect location and easy to find. Checkin was easy and our host was lovely and friendly and very informative and passionate about his beautiful city! It's a very old building but lovely inside and our room was gorgeous. The room has a kettle, hairdryer etc which is handy as you really don't want to take much luggage into Venice. The location is perfect, right behind St Marks Square. We had a fabulous time exploring and taking up some of our hosts recommendations. Thank you for a great stay

This is one of the most fantastic places I've stayed. The whole experience from the reception to the room to the stay was very gratifying. I wish I could find more hotels like this on my future trips and I would definitely, without a doubt, stay here again and again. The level of attend detail is another level. They do make you feel special and not just another number.

The hotel is vwry good and has excellwent reception team who guided us well.on the night of checkin the guy was nice and made us feel comfortable. Welcome snacks were good as kids liked it.all facilitiesfrom.tooth brush to bath slippers were provided. Coffee with kettle were refilled daily. All in all very good value for the money .highly recommended. Only issue was not the hotel but the navigation maps not able to loacate the hotel from.the water bus stop.

Service was very good. Reveption staff member that we dealt with all 3 days was very helpful, happy to assist and happy to provide advice. Suggested improvement- we were directly above Callo S.Gallo so quite noisy. Perhaps soundproofing of windows would assist.

Absolutely perfect in every way

Absolutely amazing hotel experience. Delightful little treats in the room, consumed rather quickly! Top quality bathroom products. Mini bar in room sensible prices. Beautifully decorated rooms, I was in number 1 .. small but perfectly adequate with a very good sized bathroom. Charming view of church rooftop and square below. Quiet at night. So easy to find from San Marco (alley by Olivetti, over bridge and just along on the right). Vito an excellent concierge, other staff also friendly and happy. Stairs were no issue. This is a boutique experience, cosy, charming, homely, perfect. Will stay there again.

Fantastic location, super staff, nice room

The hotel is unassuming from the front door, and you have to clime two flights of stairs (in a straight line, but it would be 2 flights in height), but it has a nice lobby/lounge area, and the staff is super-duper! The hallway has a killer low ceiling that I clobbered twice, despite the warning signs. It's a step down at the same time the ceiling goes down, so you have to watch your step but look up. The room was nice, but had no view. We were in room 8. The front door is just about 20 steps from St Marcos Square, which is really incredible.

My second stay here, I will stay here on each visit to Venice. Amazing location, very short walk to San Marco and not much further to the water taxi for the airport. Vito is an excellent member of staff but all are equally wonderful, friendly, helpful. Delicious treats and amazing toiletries in rooms on arrival, including toothbrush and shaving kit! Love this place!
