Have stayed at Hansar many times because their rooms are big and cosy, location is good and room rates are reasonable. Recently discovered their new Thai massage is really good and not expensive for hotel standard. Hotel probably need some refurbishment and upgrades. Will return to Hansar again and again.

Property seems neglected by management. Should be taken care of more to maintain the nice structure. Hallways was incomes and dirty looking, bathrooms were dirty, multiple types of bugs were in the hotel room, stains on upholstery. Poor maintenance overall, felt uncomfortable staying there and definitely not a 5 star experience.

Great location - walking distance to many malls and to the BTS system. Room was big and spacious but quite worn with sagging mattress and uneven carpet. Could use a spruce up.
