Really amazing, helpful staff and lending me a wheelchair and helping out with my special needs. Excellent room overlooking the city view. All in all 5 stars, but the breakfast facility and offering was a bit too modest and did not meet my expectations.

Lovely stay - recommended
We stayed here for 2 nights after a longer stay in Phuket and having previously stayed at their sister hotel Cape Panwa. Cape Hotel in Bangkok was just perfect and ended our trip on a lovely note. We were warmly greeted and looked after by the concierge who was absolutely excellent (sadly didn’t catch his name) he is a real credit to the hotel, acknowledging our previous links to the Cape group and making our stay really personal. We also ate at the hotel restaurant No 43, which we would throughly recommend. The hotel pool was also lovely and quiet despite it being busy season. The Cape teddy bear was a lovely unique touch and serves as a great reminder now we are back home.

The hotel staff from every department starting from management , front desk , restaurant and bell staff are friendly and provide excellent service . The food choices oh the buffet are tasty . They even has a special gift for us in the suite .They were even very accommodating to us in giving late check out as we have a very late flight in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel for family and couples. Kudos to Cape House team !!

Would avoid this hotel. Staff quite unhelpful except for doorman who was lovely. Very dated rooms. Found lots of ants in the bathroom. Breakfast not 5*, very average. Location good right near BTS Chit Lom. So easy to get to all the malls in the area. Only positive was the shower was powerful and good. Much better hotels to stay in Bangkok. I won’t be returning.

Our favourite place to stay in Bangkok
This was our third stay at Cape House. We really enjoy the location, the service and the beautiful rooms. We thought that the breakfast probably wasn't as good this time as it used to be, but there were a lot of options for western/asian breakfast and the fresh omelettes are always good.
