60th Birthday Celebration
The Hard Rock is an older resort and in need of repairs and upgrades. But the staff are wonderful and most are very friendly. Stepping out on the beautiful beach area and walking for kilometres was amazing. Bucerias is not far at all and a nice area to visit. The Melacon isn’t far away either. Definitely would go back.

What can I say !
Rooms old. Huge jacuzzis take a lot of room. There should be a choice if you want the jacuzzi or not in your room. double beds in turn are small for two people. Housekeeping is late even if you ask them to clean first thing in morning. Several times asked for water and it didn’t come. No late check out. Even though on check in , the Room was not available when it was supposed to be. Some staff friendly but some down right unhelpful. I asked for a receipt upon check out and they said I have to email the hotel to ask for one. Rooms are very dated and old. Showers are old and dated. Full Ocean View was amazing. Room is not sound proof. So if you don’t want non stop rock music from the pool area , there is nothing to do.

Hard Rock Vallarta will always be our go to in PVR. The music, the activities, the food, the drinks, the room, the beach….all phenomenal!! Special call out to Isrreal who went out of his way to take care of us around the pool, to Samuel who is someone we alway look forward to seeing when we visit and not to mention his amazing team that always takes the best care of us. I seriously can’t say enough! Stay here!

Hotel is very old need lots of upgrades for in pool you can see mold also when you check in staff come ask you to sign in for Legend membership and they will never leave you alone I stayed three nights they asked three times to become a member. Staff is very good in the pool area also all the restaurant they deserve 5 stars. Spa massage is awesome very good professional service. When we checked out again promotional staff came and give you 20 minutes speech to buy your next vacation package. We were there for vacation to relax not get harassed. Yeh also we got stucked in elevator Alford several minutes because of malfunctioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed beautiful sunset

All the staff were great from day one until our departure, they never expect tips but super grateful when they receive it! Food and drinks in all the restaurants were delicious. Entertainment was great as well. No boring day for us. We are definitely coming back.
