Terrible Stay. Look For Something Else!
When I arrived at the property and saw my room, I was in shock because it was nothing like the pictures online. The room was terrible and so small one could barely walk between the bed and wall. I went back to the reception and they apologized and said that it was a glitch on the system and that I actually had booked the deluxe room. The deluxe room was no better than their standard room and I told the manager that their pictures online were very misleading and I was not going to stay in the hotel at all. The manager then offered me an apartment in a building within the property and only because I had my family (wife and child) and because I arrived late at night I decided to stay in the apt. Problems throughout my stay which I still regret not going to another hotel: 1. Wi-fi pretty much non-existent. Never worked properly. 2. They advertise they have a gym but it is a joke. They have one beat up treadmill. That thing barely worked. I tried to work out in the morning and the machine wasn't working as I was leaving the place a man called me and said I had to turn the building's electrical breakers on every time I wanted to use the gym in the morning. What was that?!!! 3. I had to check out early, around 0525 (am), and found myself locked in the property and almost lost my flight. The parking garage was locked as was the door to the main building. Went back to my room called reception and no answer. Went back to the main building and banged on the locked doors.

O hotel tem um excelente café da manhã, mas a estadia em si não foi boa devido a barulhos no corredor e no andar de cima desde cedo da manhã. Além do fato da janela do quarto dar para o estacionamento do hotel.

Triste experiência
Quartos sem proteção acústica, então você ouve tudo o que acontece ao seu redor e os outros te escutam na mesma proporção. Entre os quartos há uma porta que os divide, tirando totalmente a privacidade. Tinham formigas na cama. Café da manhã razoável, espaço pequeno para o número de hospedes.

Experiência péssima
Os atendentes são muito cordiais e educados. Nada a reclamar disso. Mas, em termos de estrutura, achei bem ruim. Senti pontas no piso da piscina, como pregos que cravavam nos meus pés em determinados pontos. O controle da TV estava podre, quebrado e sujo. Trocamos. A TV estava estragada, não ligava com o controle novo, tampouco no botão. Subia um cheiro ruim do ralo do banheiro. Encontrei uma mancha no lençol. Além disso, a vedação acústica do quarto é péssima. Eu ouvia até o áudio do que a pessoa do lado estava vendo no celular e fui acordada 7h com conversas. Não coloquei a placa de "não perturbe", pois esqueci, mas, por default, subentende-se de que, se eu não coloquei a placa, eu não quero que entre. 9h abriu a porta uma pessoa (nem sei se era camareira) pra entrar no quarto. Eu estava dormindo. Me senti totalmente insegura e vulnerável a entrarem no quarto quando bem quisessem. Não voltarei.

Grande Decepção.
Hotel muito bonito e bem conservado,otimo atendimento e cafe da manhã excelente,entretanto,a maioria dos cansis de TV sao da Globo,Sportv,Globonews etc..me senti mal pois nao assistimos estes canais e por este motivo nao recomendo a ninguem,o hotel também e longe do centro de Gramado e Canela e vai gerar despesas continuas com transpotes por aplicativos.

Excelente estadia
Hotel próximo ao centro de Gramado de Uber, 4 min, mas perto do NBA, Super carros , Florybal, Museu Selfie entre outros. Acomodação do quarto ótima, limpeza Boa, chuveiro ótimo, secador de cabelo ok, o ar condicionado fez muito barulho, mas quando desliguei escutei o ronco da pessoa do quarto ao lado , liguei o ar novamente. Café da manhã muito variado , doces e salgados fresquinhos , bolos , frutas , tem uma máquina de capuccino muito boa, Suco de laranja natural delicioso, tem cadeira de massagem, duas hidromassagens, uma jacuzzi , e uma piscina aquecida , muito limpo e organizando muito bom para relaxar, tem serviço de quarto , estacionamento grande, academia pequena , mas funcional,foi uma experiência muito boa. Atendimento cordial de todos os funcionários. Com certeza Recomendo.
