Watch out for front desk shake down
Room itself was very good and the bed was very comfortable, however the front desk staff were terrible.As a gold reward member I requested a late check out of 1 hour and she tried to shake me down for 10 Euros. All the while never even bothering to look at me or address me professionally. It should also be noted that the hotel is near the train station but a good hike to the sights of the city.

当日までキャンセル無料なので、年末６泊利用した。ウイーン中央駅やトラムDの駅に徒歩3分位で移動に便利。朝食は午前６時３０分からで、パン、ハム、チーズなどの種類が多くておいしい。部屋も広くて清潔。早朝到着したが、チェックインして部屋に入ることができてありがたかった。とてもいいホテルなので去年に続き利用したが、一点だけ、シャワールームの仕切りが半分なので、シャワーの水が飛び散り、使いずらかった。

Not very happy about the cleanliness of the property. Room service only involved making the bed. Quite often, dirty coffee mugs were not replaced or new coffee pods were not replaced. Worst, the trash was not emptied too.

Hotel moderno, muy cerca de la estación de metro/tren. Ambiente muy tranquilo. Habitación de tamaño adecuado, plato de ducha.. Tienen fuente de agua con botellas para que puedas subir a la habitación. Personal de recepción amable. El desayuno lo pedimos una vez, completo pero caro (como la mayoría de los hoteles) Nos gustó y repitiriamos.

Enjoyed our stay
The hotel is right at the main train station so that was great! We were very happy about our room. Everyone was very nice. We were on the 7th floor and there was a strange odor from the pipes. They said that wasn’t normal. It wasn’t pleasant. We opened the window but then it was loud.
