Absolute sh*tshow
Had trouble with the room access card reader right out of the gate. Had to go back down to the desk. To get in the room. Late evening came back to the room. Same issue! My medication was in the room, but they just wanted to stick us in another room until somebody showed up the next morning who knew how to charge the door card reader as if it was some mystery. We refused to wait until the next day, they finally woke us up in another room at 2 AM to tell us our room was ready to enter. All of this hassle over not knowing how to charge one of the doors in your hotel is stupid and shows the quality of service at this hotel. I love Hampton Inn, but this one was garbage. I will never go back and to be honest I’d love to get a refund, but it’s not worth the crap that I have to go through to get it.
