In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before travelling for more information.

Don't Be Fooled By the Photos!
Hotel room had tiny roaches. The AC worked on and off. We had to open the window to get fresh air. The bathroom shower was full of mold and drain flies on the ceiling.
The hotel restaurant serves buffet and it is the exact same meals everyday.
There are three elevators in the hotel. We got stuck in one and pressed the buttons for a very long time before anyone realized that we needed help.

Excelente custo benefício no coração da Lapa
No geral excelente custo benefício, bom hotel e uma boa estrutura e organização no coração da Lapa. Sabendo onde você está, conhecendo a lapa, consegue aproveitar bem as redondezas.

Great, stay and clean room. A good hotel if you are looking to see all the city center tourists zones. The breakfast was good and the area around the hotel can look a bit intimidating, because of all the graffiti. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a authentic Brazil experience.

The room service was horrible because I was discriminated. The complimentary continental buffet food was bad. Too much salt and burnt steak. The gym didn't have towels, tvs, or a remote. The ATM machine has a 14 percent markup on transactions. The room didn't have towels, a microwave or refrigerator. And they don't have a pool. The front of the hotel is filthy.

My personal experience was ok for the time that I was there. Above all the hang ups one could have with this hotel I can comfortably say it’s perfect for anyone traveling to Rio for carnaval like I was. This hotel has a lot of room for improvement, but I’d say my stay was okay!

We liked that there was secure parking for our car. The size of the room was sufficient. There were several places to eat around the area.
Most of the staff was friendly. Some were quite rude. The language barrier was periodically an issue. Only some of the staff spoke English and Spanish. When you call reception or room service they never answered. You have to go speak to the reception desk in person.
We stayed at the hotel 7 days and the breakfast was the same every single day. The internet was super spotty.
There was no refrigerator in the room or hair dryer. I asked for a hair dryer and it never arrived. When I asked again hours later, they said they must have all been borrowed. There was only two regular sheets on the bed and the bottom sheet kept coming off. There was no blanket or comforter. The lighting in the room was horrible. It made it very difficult to see.

Worse are of Rio
The area is the worse in Rio. The beds were dirty. Even semen on the couch. Management didn’t tried at all to help. Hotels.com Did not protect me at all.
All in all, the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The property is conveniently located, very clean and nice but the service and internet needs improvement. We asked for additional linen and towels and it took them hours to bring them. I know they were fully booked but it shouldn’t have taken that long. The internet was super slow. We were on the 10th floor.
