Well we reserved a mountain view room, but the view out our window was a retaining wall. So there's that. Then, we never had out room cleaned or serviced. We actually had to use the personal valet to get clean towels. Other than that, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire complex is well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great stay, issues with air blowing super cold in our room, front staff helpful, maintenance personnel not so much. Everything else good, would go back.
