Modern and comfortable rooms for family travel
Beautiful hotel and the family suite with its washer/dryer was clean and well provisioned. I would have given this place 5 stars if the neighborhood was better suited for families. This is a street with mostly bars and restaurants. Better for non-family travel. The hotel restaurant was the best one of any hotel we stayed at in Thailand or Cambodia.

Onsen and staff were excellent. Onsen was one of the best I’ve been in. Would’ve paid to come in from the outside just to use it. The staff was super friendly in general. I docked a star because they had no laundry on site so you couldn’t give the staff your clothes to wash and dry. What they do have is a washer and dryer combo for you to do it yourself. This is pain in the butt because when I’m on vacation, I don’t want to be doing my own laundry. The dryer is also a piece of crap. It’s one of those washer/dryer combos that don’t work very well. I put it on for 2 hours and it either didn’t work altogether or worked poorly because when I came back, my clothes were still damp. I had to bring it to a local laundromat for them to do it properly. This a very annoying feature for a so called 5 star hotel.

Comfortable hotel
Breakfast service team looks very gloomy, no one smiling (2 nights stay). Service staff at noodle station inflexible, not allowed to take her toasted bread. Tuk tuk service to Thing Lor station proposed to end at 11pm instead of 9.50pm as most tourist still shopping till 10pm.
