Muito bom
Tudo foi muito bom, com exceção do atendimento no café da manhã, pois os funcionários não têm a mínima noção do serviço que deve ser prestado nesse momento, tal como não retirar a louça suja, uma pilha de pratos/copos/talheres vai se empilhando na mesa enquanto você toma seu café da manhã. Também deve-se prestar muuuita atenção ao horário em que é servido o café da manhã, pois fomos informados que era das 7 às 10h30. Porém, esse horário é só para o fim de semana, nos outros dias é até as 10 horas, o que não nos foi informado e só descobrimos porque os funcionários do restaurante começaram a bater pratos/panelas/talheres porque já tinha passado do horário. Então, o grande problema do hotel está localizado no serviço dos funcionários do restaurante. Para ter uma ideia, comprarmos a ceia de réveillon e, à meia-noite haveria uma queima de fogos na piscina. Nesse horário, havia garçons com garrafas de champanhe no local, mas não havia taças. Realmente, o responsável pelo restaurante e por eventos deve se empenhar em melhor o serviço.
