Convient location
The location was convenient to the water taxi, shops and restaurants. Oceanfront with balcony was a plus. Beach towels and access to the loungers were given upon check in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The coffee service in the room offered only decaf. The espressos were subpar. Other than that, the trip was great.

One day stay after cruise
The property is beautiful! Some things to note, when we checked in we did not have toilet paper in our room and our sink was clogged. We called down to the desk and then had to call a second, but eventually it was fixed. This would not deter me from staying here tho, overall it was a great experience. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed ourselves! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Not a great room. We have stayed here 5 times before a cruise. Our room was right in front of the elevator and ice machine and on a busy street. Wonder if we dont get great rooms because we booked thru hotels.com. Probably wont stay here again

Ft Lauderdale stay 1-20-2025
This place was very nice with a a bar inside that's open late. But DO NOT STAY in the units across the walkon the west side building if its colder weather, those units have no heat.

Had an upstairs toilet leak into our room but we were moved to a new room while repairs were made. The couple next door had a horrible fight in the middle of the night waking us, but security finally came and dealt with the issue. Hotel was very accommodating for early arrivals or late departures and stored our luggage and allowed access to amenities while waiting. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would return.

We were able to upgrade our room to a balcony with ocean view and it was well worth the $25/day fee, we got there early in the day and were able to use all facilities while waiting for check in. Lots of bars and restaurants walking distance from hotel. In hotel Restaurants could use a better menu but overall we enjoyed our long weekend away from the cold back home.
