Our room was ok. Most of the outlets were loose in the wall, the towel hanger in the bathroom was broken on the wall, the bathroom vanity was pretty banged up and dirty and there was something dried on the curtains along with some stains. The pillows are children sized as well. Lots of glass mirrors in the elevators were broken. The worst part was check-in. The kiosk wouldnt accept my son's miltary ID at check-in so we had to get in line. His friend who was also checking in, used the kiosk, got all the way up to his room, and his room keys didnt work so he had to get in line with us as well. The line kept getting longer and longer. They originally had 3 people working front desk but one was only helping diamond/platinum people. Then 1 worker just pulled her till and left, right at the height of check-in. Which essentially only left 1 worker to check in a line now of almost 40 people. The line basically did not even move for almost 20 minutes because of some problem with the person checking in with the 1 worker. We waited in line for almost an hour. When we got in line, we were the 8th person in line. 1 hour, to check in 8 people. By this time, the line was all the way down the lobby. I had higher hopes of a main hotel on the strip, but this was a disappointing hotel to stay in.
