Beautiful room, small but completely functional for a short stay, lovely decoration and comfortable bed. The views were superb and the location great for us at the quieter end of the prom leaving a great walk down to the north pier. Breakfast was really really good, the staff were helpful and attentive. We will definitely be returning!

Last minute getaway. Was perfect room was spectacular best by far weve stayed in, lovely and clean well presented. Staff were friendly and very accomadating. And the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of different things. We will be staying again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We arrived a early but were able to check in, the room was spotless with nice modern decoration. Very friendly staff. It's about a 10-15 min walk or short tram ride to the tower. Lovely view from the hotel, we sat out on the balcony to watch the sunset and in the morning we sat at the window for our breakfast. The breakfast room was lovely and clean and the food was delicious, fresh with plenty of choice. I would definatly recommend

Good location, not too far from town (15min walk down the prom)

We arrived to no prior notice and a note stuck to the front door that we had been moved to a neighbouring hotel who then tried to charge us for the booking again! We were placed in a grubby room with no blind up at the bathroom window, a bathroom window that didn't shut, a bathroom floor that was filthy, the bathroom door didn't close, there was rubbish on the bedroom floor, no lamp, no mirror, broken tv, no room information, incorrect telephone contact for the owners, a noisy boiler working all night, inadequate breakfast facilities the list is endless! We did eventually get another TV and a mirror at midnight after contacting the managers husband who didn't actually work at the hotel! Whilst we appreciated that the coast itself had flooded, some explanation or service from the owners would have been preferred as would the chance to cancel and get our money back rather than being placed in a substandard room with poor service. Definitely would not book again.

Really enjoyed our stay at the North ocean Hotel (of which the coast is part of). Manager was extremely accommodating and friendly and breakfast was excellent!
