Top floor noise
We were on the top floor in room 816. The room was nice but there was some type of motor running all night in the ceiling. It was extremely annoying. We didn't have the energy to change rooms after a long drive. I'd stay here again but not on the top floor.

The beds were super small and very hard. The shower/bath tub didn’t drain when showering. The coffee maker didn’t work. Barely enough room to move around the room it was very crammed tight.

Quick check in. Nice room. The main areas of the hotel was quite cold. Everyone was wearing coats. Hard to eat when you’re shivering. At least the hour tea helped and the food was hot and good. Everyone friendly and helpful. East shuttle access.

We switched to Holiday Inn from another poorly kept hotel in the area. We had a lovely dinner at the hotel before taking family to the airport. Beds were so comfortable. In the morning we had a good breakfast, worked out in the gym, went swimming in the salt water pool, showered, and went to the airport ourselves. Internet never connected.

Loud Bathroom Fan
We prepaid for breakfast but was told we had to pay again. The fan in the bathroom was loud and squeaky. Front desk wasn't helpful when I explained that we shouldn't have to pay for breakfast because we prepaid on Hotels.com already. They told us to contact management (no manager was onsite) or Hotels.com for food vouchers.

Not the typical Holiday Inn
Our room obviously had been empty since day light savings. The clock was wrong, the room was freezing cold. The shower had black mold in the creases that wasnt cleaned propely. The keurig in room didnt work. They were out of many things that the website said they had on hand. I had to pay to park in their large parking lot and that wasnt clearly stated at booking. The bed was REALLY comfortable. Probably wouldnt stay again.

Holiday Inn Airport
A good basic hotel for an airport overnight. Did not take advantage of bar or food. Plus: free shuttle drop off and pick up at airport ( 10 minutes away). Discount parking ( park and fly, only $6.00 might). It’s our “ go to” flying out of PDX.

dissapointed
Not pleased that I was charged for parking and charged for breakfast which is less than appealing, and have been to other cheaper hotels with better breakfast than what was offered here. Very disappointed with the meal.
