No help from bell hop. Valet was a joke. They were so rude. There was no grace period given when once our cars were pulled up for us to load and leave. The hotel was in great condition and clean. The valet and bar staff were outstanding. The front desk was rude and pretentious. The downstairs bar closed too early, forcing everyone to the roof bar, that is poorly stocked. The room was perfect except for the 40 grit towels.
