    Meh. Okish.
Stayed in the valley tower, fairly newly refurbished. Nice room. The "free breakfast" was a $9 room service credit which at $7 for a coffee, plus $8 room service fee doesn't make for a breakfast. On checkout was left with a random undocumented room service for a food service I'd never ordered (didn't order any room service) and they couldn't even tell me what it was. Wifi spent more time not working than working.

    Hellish experience with little sleep
Given a room with an internal door between rooms (not in use). Night 1 @10pm the neighbours on other side of the internal door (4 people) started loud music/talking/yahooing.We went out for couple of hrs, came back-theyd gone out. 3am they came back with friends & cranked the music back up/yelled/smoked pot.5am we called reception &asked to move rooms-told none available (hard to believe),told try again @11am.We did-told none available-were told neighbours were leaving in 2 nights.Night 2 we got home @10pm to our (non smoking) room filled with pot smoke (that had come under the door),so bad we were close 2 getting stoned ourselves, had to leave the sliding door to (foot wide) balcony open,@ least they weren't noisy.Night 3, loud next door til 1am, (we needed to be up @6 to leave for day trip to Grand Canyon with friends who had travelled to see us). Woken at 3am by banging on door & yelling for about 20mins as they didn't have a door key. They came back at about 4am with friends, shut up at about 5am when we physically went to reception to complain & asked for room move-again told none available.Night 4, we didnt return from trip until very late (hellish once in a lifetime trip due to 3 hours sleep night before),assumed theyd left as they were meant to have.Woken the following morning early by loud music/talking.Saw them in hallway, they hadn't left.Night 5, they moved us (we had early flight so asked to move again). Hellish experience-Stay away if you like to enjoy the day.

    Very good 8.0
Great stay and very friendly staff, however breakfast was a voucher for Starbucks which didn't have much variety and the allowance meant you had to chose between a coffee OR food?

Enjoyed my stay at Harrahs. Room was very clean and tidy. Only issue I had was room service knocking at my door at 6am Saturday morning.

    My escape Harrahs Las Vegas
My stay overall at Harrahs Las Vegas was a great experience for me . I was able to rest when I wanted to play in the casino go on tour and had a great pool view room on floor 54. Favorite light Full room tour Check in Was friendly and easy for someone who haven’t been in a hotel since start of year credit card or debit card and ID will get you into a room and then sign in. Staff was wearing mask as usual but was able to carry a small conversation it’s hard to hear at times. Staff Staff is willing to answer questions and help make your stay comfortable despite not having housekeeping if you’re in need of extra towels you’ll have to call . Waitress was serving at the casino even if you were playing a short game on the slots. Room Room was very clean and comfortable best views of the pool and high roller and other hotels view are better at night my opinion. Late check out Glad there was lay check out my flight was trapped for 5 pm and if I was forced to leave at 11am I would have been stuck at airport all day long.with the resort fees and the deposit taxes and late check out fees man it look like you won’t have anymore money to gamble with . I wish you could just ask to check out late and not having to pay another fee. Food I only ate at the food court close to mountain tower but everything was very good except the portion was very small.

not the Harrah of the past!!!
Very disappointed!! Check in without help using the automated system was awful!! I was charged for checking in maybe 15 minutes early!!! I asked for a room with a view and was given one with a view of the parking garage! The room was not very clean! Could not use the pool! Called for room service and was told that it was a three hour wait!!! Not the harrahs I was used to!!! Very very disappointed
