Seemed a bit far out when we arrived but once we got our bearings it was close to Tivoli , great shopping centre and bus route 5c into town . Also walking distance to most things ( and we are oldies lol!) Breakfast is sufficiently filling to get you through the day with a lunchtime Danish pastry or snack and happy hour drinks (5-7) cheap as chips …. Tho you may not want to be there between 5 &7!! Beds are super comfy, rooms a bit tight - but hey, great location at good price.

I rented an apartment room for 4 nights, as I like having a fridge, I find this a very sociable place, easy to find from Dybbølsbro, close to Fisketorv if you need shops, little cafe shop in the hotel where you can get sandwiches, snacks, drinks, glass of wine ! I didnt use the fitness centre or cinema but did have a look upstairs where they are. The only issue really was the noise from the trains if you need windows open. I'll definitely come back, I think I prefer this one to the one in Ørestad

Room was well laid out for single visitor. Microwave , fridge, a bath with shower and a single bed were all and everything that I needed. Guy at the desk when I checked in was kind of a jerk but everyone else seemed cool. The message about using the microwave for cooking food only was a little confusing. If they don't want you cooking microwave popcorn because it triggers the smoke alarm and a visit from the fire department they should say that in BLOCK LETTERS. A lot of people I know considered popcorn food.

This hotel is so hit and miss. You can be lucky and get a relatively quiet room or, as in my case this time, get a room that faces the railway and road. Copenhagen has the most squeaky trains in the world and they start at 5 am. Given the lack of sound proofing on the windows and the proximity of the room to the railway this doesn't allow for a good nights sleep. It is like being woken by a fairy tail witch scraping her nails down a black board a few meters from your head at 5 am. Despite this I will continue to stay here. The price is unbeatable in central Copenhagen and you do get fair value. You might also get a room away from the trains and maybe one day the hotel will improve the sound proofing.

This has to be one of the best examples of the term, "easy doesnt always mean better". The check-in is via series of large monitors on a wall and anyone standing beside you, or behind you in line can see everything you input. Yes, its quick, but this lack of privacy of your data is a concern and I feel open to abuse. Your passport details, your contact info, including your room no is all visible to the person next or behind you. Especially given the rush and the for the crowd trying to checkin come 3PM! The Hotel also is completely devoid of any character in terms of its decor and feelks soulless! Very unfortunate, especially given how amazing of a city Copenhagen is,in terms of its architecture interior design etc, plus friendly and open people!

We lost one of our apartments because a message I sent to the hotel was only attached to one of our reserved apartments. Only other thing available was a tiny room with bunk beds so at 69 years old I had to climb up a ladder to the top bunk at night and during the night to use the rest room. Also no refrigerator. For any drinks or other needs (towels, toilet paper) you needed to take a number in the lobby and wait. The staff were very friendly and helpful once you got to the counter. Also I was unable to go up in elevator in tower B to where the rest of our party was staying.

The property had a great breakfast. It was very clean. Now what I did not like was it it was very small. We had two twin beds in a room that we could barely move around. The bathroom had the toilet, sink and shower in one place so you couldn’t shower and dry off and you had to sit out and cool down, also it has no AC so we had to get a fan. Also, it had no hooks to hang the bath towels. We had to ask for two extra bath towels, and no washcloth came with the towels. The place was busy with people checking in and out. They did not have a microwave or ice machine. It is a no frills and that is what you get. I did appreciate that it was in the city center with access to ground transportation, Hop on Hop Off bus, mall around the corner, lots of restaurants. ideal location. Close to pier, airport train and bridge to Sweden. Does have luggage storage and laundry facilities and WiFi.
