    Good 6.0
The place is very nice. A modern look with great views from the window. The cons about this room is that there is no microwave, there was no cable due to the lack of guests within the hotel, and you have to ASK FOR WASH CLOTHS. The staff however was very pleasing; both day and night shift workers. I wouldn’t stay again but it did the job.

    Poor 2.0
This should not be offered on Hotels.com
I was shocked that this is even listed as a Hotel. My arrival was met with unmarked construction. No visible signed guiding you past the construction. I stood in the lobby for a couple minutes before a asked a construction worker where the front desk was. Turns out it was a make shift guest room on the second or third floor. As I was checking in I asked about a possible toon away from construction as it was my Last day of a long trip and I wanted to get some rest. She explained that they were getting ready for a grand reopening the next day. I am in the hospitality business and I have opened hotels. This was fat from the afternoon before reopening. As I paid for my room I asked for a queen or king size bed. She, very pleasant, said you do know this is a hostel? No, I did not. I asked if there was an option to get a room by myself and she said yes but you will pay for all four spots. I opted to go look at a room and needless to say it would not work. Bunk beds. I came back to the “front desk” and explained that it would not work. She explained that it was non refundable. I booked another room through Hotels.com and paid almost 3 times what I just paid for not staying. Quite the disappointment. New hotel was great.

    Not happy with the works!
The room itself was nice and above all clean. The hotel is located in a very nice part of town. My rating would have been higher if I was told - upon booking - that the hotel was undergoing major renovations. There were zero amenities, such as a bar, or restaurant or a hotel lounge, etc., The staff was very polite and tried to do their best. I am not blaming them but to pay a considerable daily rate for an hotel where the elevators aren't working, noisy and dusty wasn't ideal. I would have liked to receive a notification of the works PRIOR of booking confirmation.

Lovely peeps, but not done yet
This location is under construction. The staff is lovely, but public bathrooms, room phones, elevators, and lobby are pretty much mom operational. So think about being in a 4 bunkbed dorm style room and the single bathroom is occupied. The lobby RR is out of service. The gym is not yet open. No restaurant onsite.

    Won't Do This Again!
There were ni face towels available. Only one garbage can in the room. A handheld showerhead, a sink that didn't properly drain and mold in the grout around the tub. AND LAST BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST...THE GARAGE DOOR CLOSED ON THE BACK OF MY CAR!!!!!! On the other hand, the bed was soft, the coffee delicious, the staff, nice.

Photo not at all representative of room. Front desk tried to tell us we couldn't bring food and drinks - which was our dinner - into our room. better options available.

    Dorm Room Experience
I stayed in the dorm (a room with 4 bunk beds). The bed was clean and comfortable (I'm 6'1" and there was plenty of room). I was attending a conference and only needed a place to sleep, so this was perfect. My only suggestion to the staff to tell you more about what to expect. For example, it was not apparent where I would find my towel or that I would want a pad lock from my locker. However, other than those small points, it was a good experience, especially given the price ($40 vs. $200 for a regular room).

    Not bad
I was in a room with 3 men. I would’ve preferred to be with ladies like myself but at least they seemed to be respectful. One played music before six am and had stinky clothes in the bathroom but other than that I can’t complain. The staff was nice. The room was comfortable and the location was great.
