I booked this property and upon arrival we were not even allowed inside the hotel and and we were told that they are no longer accepting Expedia bookings. I thought I prepaid for the hotel and was travelling with a handicapped person and at the last minute was forced to find a new hotel for the night. This incident created a lot of anxiety for the 4 of us very late at night and in a town we were not familiar with. Expedia should review the properties that no longer want to do business with them and remove such hotels from their booking platform in order to avoid creating problems their customers. The staff at this hotel were rude and unwilling to cooperate. I look forward to receiving my full refund and due to this inconvenience I was forced to find an alternative hotel for the night and pay more money.
