Offered to pay for a better room and was told no more rooms available. AC made a whiny motor sound like birds chirping. Guy tried to fix. Made sound all night long. Could not sleep so left. Very disappointed as we normally like the Fairfield. Feel like we should be compensated.

My stay was okay! The rooms were not ready at check-in time! There was a musty smell in some of my family's rooms. A small amount of mildew in the shower that was just caulked over. Not my worst stay but not the best either! Star was wonderful though!
