as usual, it's been wonderful. I've always stayed at APAs and this is one of the best ones. very close to train station. onsen is lovely but can get crowded at night. i didn't try the restaurant, so maybe i will try it next time.

Extremely close to Otsuka JR station. Decent selection of food on the other side of the train tracks, one stop away from Ikebukuro. If you have stayed at an APA, it’s pretty much always the same, comfortable enough and has what you need.
