Food was delicious, environment felt safe, customer service was on point. The only bad thing is climbing up and down the stairs with my suitcase, but other than that I really enjoyed my staying!

This is a great place to stay in London as it’s right by everything you can ask for! Staff were friendly and helpful and the pub downstairs was delicious and open late.

2/10 Poor

Don’t expect to get a good nights sleep here. Facilities are terrible. Actually seemed very unhealthy. The bar and staff were nice.

I would stay here anytime. Simple, clean bunk accommodations. Well-laid out rooms. Excellent kitchen and bar. Very inviting. Convenient walk from London Bridge and close to a little pocket park.

Nice place in a convenient location, easy to get around from there, and in a relatively quiet neighborhood.

Reliable place to stop when passing through London alone. beds (in bunks) are carefully made up and perfectly clean other guests were respectful when I was there Shared, private bathrooms are set up well and the staff is responsive.

6/10 Good

Staff super friendly, but wouldnt stay again.
The rooms are CRAZY warm, had to ask for a bed next to a window thebm day after because it was inhumane. It's like 10-15 degeee celsius hotter inside than on the outside.
Ace, 2-night trip

It’s a hostel. And a good one.
It’s a tiny hostel at an affordable price. Don’t expect much but a bed and a locker. People that get the cheapest room available and then complain about it not being a five star hotel need to book a five star hotel. Staff was perfectly nice, bunks were comfortable enough, and I lucked out with respectful roommates. STAYING AT A HOSTEL MEANS YOU ARE GOING TO GET A MIX OF PEOPLE. Sometimes they suck and sometimes they don’t. That is not the hostels fault.

Great convenient dorm for the night. Bring your own towel and curtain if you stay. I will stay here again in the future
Gavin, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at this location near Borough Market/Shard. The beds were clean and comfy. Facilities were nice with a rain shower with plenty of hot water for an end of day recovery shower! Towels are available for a fee I used a t shirt I had available. Bring shower shoes or flip flops I forgot them. Overall all great stay!

Highly recommend, absolutely perfect location to all the major sightseeing hot spots. The staff was terrific and super helpful.
Kevin, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Good place w/ cool staff and tasty beers.
The staff was awesome, both day and night. And the pus was pretty cool, with a good selection of beers on tap (+ more). Rooms were OK in appearance, but some smarter solutions to the bunk bed situation could have been implemented. For instance closing the space between wall and bed. So one can have stuff there. (my book fell down in the head of the Japanese guy sleeping under me) And speaking of the Japanese.. The way their sleeping pods and work, I think is something this place and others could take some inspiration from. Way more closed off, and with better sound isolation. Something I truly needed my last night there. Because the one guy (in a room of 9) kept snoring and snoring. Like a chainsaw starting up.. Ugh. But it was nice there beyond that. Don't really wanna complain about a hostel too much. Because it is what it is. Cheap, easy and simple living.
Uno, 3-night trip

4/10 Fair

There was no hot water at all, a man broke into my female only dorm while we were asleep and tried to break into the lockers which are metal crates basically. Luggage storage room is down narrow stairs. Only recommend if you need a last minute place. If you can spend the extra money for something better

Staff brilliantly serviced
John, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The location is good near train stations and the bridge but the rooms are too small for 9 people and there’s no hot water on the showers, baths and bathrooms were dirty and there’s no place to breath talk on the phone you have to go out to the street or something . Not a very pleasant experience
