We felt very welcome on arrival. We were given lots of recommendations and some discounts that we could use at local restaurants. We took the walking tour to Lombard street with Deb and she was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel.
