The location and service at the hotel were great, unfortunately the room that we had was on an inside corner which faced another room (see photo), so when we would go up to the window to enjoy the view, we were also looking directly into someone else's room! Very disappointing.

Nice hotel, though overpriced
Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location and we really enjoyed having a room that partially overlooked the ocean. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Cons: Our breakfast at Schooner’s was disappointing. There were a couple of “little” things with the room, like the carpet being damaged at the entrance to our bathroom, which meant there was a VERY sharp and exposed carpet nail pointing straight up that we discovered the hard way. All in all, the hotel was very nice, but at this price point (over $500/night after parking costs) I was hoping for a little more consistency in quality.
