The only downfall was parking after a night out. Parking lot was packed definitely needs more handicapped by doors. Love the rooms big and super clean.matter of fact the whole hotel was clean. There are two pools outside and inside which I didnt partake but walking pass others did, especially hot tub.Loved sitting out on balcony watching the water flow by and the ducks. Full breakfast was actually really good served buffet style and is included in your room price. Hotel is close to everything plus the trolly is right here. Overall a great experience

It’s conveniently located near The Great Smoky mountain m, Ober mountain and Dollywood our favorite places to spend time. We love the hot meals for breakfast and super clean room. It’s a perfect place for our family winter vacation!
