Good
Lots of odd people hanging around the parking lot with chairs set up. We’re out there all night long and all morning the entire weekend. Do not stay here if you need silence to sleep because you can hear everything.

Poor
I am mine we came to Burlington Vermont because I had a doctors appointment after the doctors appointment you get a voucher to stay at the hotel which of you several times four as we approach the hotel we pulled in there’s several people in the parking lot just hanging out summer drinking summer partying it was unbelievable amount of people in a parking lot as we receive the check in days inAs he proceeded to check in and give the girls a desk my voucher from the hospital she wouldn’t allow it because I checked in with Expedia so number one but didn’t get a discount on a hotel and as we proceed up to the room there were several people hanging out in the lobby and we found out that this hotel now as people that live here in monthly because I’ve been evicted from their housing in Burlington Vermont so the hell the house in here so I overall stay here was terrible and I will not be back

I have stayed at this property before. Basic budget hotel. Recently our stay(during the Covid-19 pandemic) was met with many homeless people, also staying at the property. None of which were wearing masks or practicing social distancing. Made me very uncomfortable. As for the room the carpet was so heavily stained, it probably needs to be replaced. And for the record I still paid $124.00. Not worth $75.

Seems to be a place for homeless people to gather in the parking lot - their cigarette smoke and talking wafted into our room late at night and very early in the morning.
