I like the customer service, everyone was so nice, hotel is not great but for the price is very good. Close to the lake and the london bridge. We only stay for a night, so it was worth the price, this is my third time in this hotel, and if you want something afordable, this is the place.

Terrible inn
The buckets of water in the lobby should have let me know it was going to be an experience. The sheets had stains and cigarette burns. There was a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. It was disgusting to say the least. I will never return nor recommend to anyone I know.

Travelers
Hotel and room were nice and clean, front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Room was quiet, nice selection of channels to watch. Only two complaint is 1 soda machine was out of order, one was extremely low stock of choices. Ice machine also was out of order. Other thing was only outlet by bed was burried between the beds, under the table. Im limited mobility, it took a few minutes to get to it for my chargers, twice as long to stand back up. Room had fridge and microwave. Very convenient. Id stay there again

We checked in around 8:30pm. The neon sign still on and staffs still in the office. It's feel welcoming. It's the first impression. When I drive all day long until dark to reach the hotel, I hate to see it's closed and only be reached by after hours phone box. Since most of the time I paid up front with Expedia, if the hotel make it simple for me to check-in quickly. I will give them 5 stars. There were hotels, we must do check-in out side in cold and dark after hours. They would get max of 3 stars from me no matter what. Therefore The Travellers Inn has passed my judgments.

4/10 Fair

It was somewhat strange from the point of checking in until I checked out. The front desk person was new so she had to be talked through the process. The room had a musty smell, but clean. I guess for the price. It was accommodating. When I went to check out though there was this older middle eastern woman that was trying to communicate with me from an upstairs balcony but her English(American)wasn’t understandable. She would make hand gestures but I was unable to make out anything. I just let it go, was unsure if she was a guest or worked there. Just don’t think I’d stay there again unless it was the only place in town with a vacancy,

4/10 Fair

I went to check in and there was a note stating that the desk person was either downstairs or cleaning a room. I tried calling-hoping that they had a portable phone with them. I waited around for awhile, then went to the room that they had listed. The door was open, a no one was there. I went back to the desk for a time. Then I saw there was an elevator. I checked and it went down so I went to the basement and found the employee.

Deceptive Management and Deplorable Conditions
I recently had the displeasure of staying at Traveler's Inn, and I must say, it was an experience I wish upon NO ONE. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with false promises and blatant lies from the manager, whose primary skill seemed to be deception. First and foremost, let's address the elephant in the room - the ROACHES. Despite the manager's assurance that there were no roaches in our room, it didn't take long for the truth to crawl out from under the bed. Not only did we encounter these unwelcome guests, but when I confronted the manager about it, they had the audacity to admit they were aware of the issue. Talk about deceitful practices! Adding insult to injury, when I demanded a refund through Hotels.com due to the unacceptable conditions and lack of services provided, the manager SHAMELESSLY LIED to the booking platform, claiming everything was up to par. It's crystal clear they prioritized saving face over providing honest customer service. Speaking of services, what services? We were promised a comfortable stay, but what we got was a horror show. The room was filthy, the amenities were lacking, and the customer service was non-existent. It's appalling that they have the nerve to charge for such subpar accommodations. In conclusion, my stay at Traveler's Inn was nothing short of a nightmare. The manager's lies, coupled with the deplorable conditions and lack of service, made everything shady and upsetting.
Just one of my many unexpected roommates! You too can experience this by booking a "room" at the Traveler's Inn! Nice!
