Cleaners walk in dispute do not disturb sign
This is our fourth time staying here. It’s always been okay. The TV is 40” mostly central to the bed it’s not a smart TV but it’s good for plugging something HDMI into it. The shower screen needs to be bigger because we try very hard not to let water splash onto the floor and it always does and there was evidence of this happening to others no matter what you do it splashes or sprinkles onto the floor so expect a wet floor mat. The bed is quite firm but it’s not the worst. It’s quite good for sound levels our first stay the room above sounded like an elephant was having a dance upstairs but every other stay was good. However the most annoying thing is the third stay we had a cleaner walk into the room as I was coming out of the bathroom naked with no warning luckily nothing was seen I was very frightened as to why somone was coming into the room though there was no do not disturb signs on this visit however that apparently doesn’t matter as on our last visit we had a do not disturb sign on the door and had a late night I woke up to a knock knock and the cleaner walks in and shouts hello and walks in until I said hello back they said sorry and left. The cleaning policy needs looking at and chains fitted to the door as I don’t feel safe when cleaners walk in regardless of do not disturb signs.

Great value hotel, nice rooms. Only comment was that the shower was very hot and was unable to turn the heat down, powerful though. Very comfortable rooms.

Disappointed
Certainly not as a recall a remada hotel, very disappointed. Cleanliness left alot to be desired, bed and pillows rock hard, constant noise from underneath bedroom floor. Managed to scald fingers on insuitable breakfast serving crockery! Will avoid with any future vacations.
