Excellent staff and their professional service. There are many restaurants near by within the walking distance. I feel Sheraton Manila Bay is very safe, because everyone entering the lobby must go through the metal detector first. I used Grab for my transportation, it worked out very well for me. The lobby staff helped me with my baggage’s and communicating with drivers for me. The hotel is definitely very quiet, we had very good sleep, the bed was comfortable . We enjoyed the swimming pool.

Excellent staff. Courteous and friendly. Our flight was not until late at night and gladly the receptionist extended our check out time till 2 pm. Thank you very much. Will be happy if I can find a sale next time I visit the place. Because I don’t think it’s affordable for a working class citizen.
